F-ZERO Type B　

High end Meiji, side cup spray gun for high end base coats and clear coats.
“Type B” offers smooth surfaces, mirror finishes and luster.  It is designed to maximize the performance when painting with the thicker layers of coating (i.e., clear coat, solid coat and solid clear coat) by requiring fewer passes of paint.  High paint spraying volume and the finest level of atomization are harmonized in “Type B”.  This feature enables the clear coat to attain a deep gloss and wet  look finish.  Thick glossy coatings created by “Type B” achieve a deep gloss layer in solid black and a high luminance mirror layer in solid white.

• FLUID CONTROL

“Type B” is equipped with 1.6mm fluid nozzle, which is  wider for its fluid spraying volume ( equivalent to the volume for conventional 1.4mm fluid nozzle).   Smaller fluid spraying volume with a  wider bore creates a smooth delivery for high viscosity clear coats. Well-controlled spraying nozzle tip is tapered and long, in order to gain spraying air volume by making the slit between the nozzle and air cap wider.

COMPATIBLE WITH WATERBORNE.

Mirror polished stainless steel in the nipple and nozzle passage results in a smoother delivery of fluid.  This leads to improvement in both washability and  the prevention of paint adhesion
